Eligibility:

All USYSA Club Teams

 


Age Divisions and Fees:

U9 Girls = $475

U10 Girls = $500

U11-12 Girls = $525

U13-16 Girls = $550

U17-18 Girls = $575

 


Requirements:

  1. Valid state-approved roster (verified at registration).
  2. Permission to Travel Forms are required for all out-of-state teams.
  3. Roster size limited to 18 players for Under 13-14; Under 11-12 to 16 players; Under 10 limited to 14. U15 Through U18 may roster 22 but can only use 18 per game.
  4. All players must have player passes.
  5. All players must have medical release forms.
  6. Players will play on only one team during the tournament.
  7. U10 will play 6 v 6; U11-12 will play 8 v 8; U13-18 will play 11 v 11.

Paper registration forms along with tournament fee, must be received by March 10th, 2015. Include your team roster for verification of age group. Make checks payable to: Kentucky Fire Juniors (or KFJ) and to "Kentucky Fire Juniors, Attn: Kristen Wallace, 3000 Mellwood Avenue, Louisville, Kentucky 40207."

  • Acceptance notification by March 17, 2015.
  • Schedules will be posted on our website no later than April 10, 2015.
  • Game balls to be supplied by designated home team.
  • It is a tournament requirement that all teams utilize our partner hotels listed on this website and all teams must go through our Housing Coordinator.
  • The tournament committee reserves the right to combine any age groups.
  • Should a team not be accepted into the tournament, the entry fees will be fully refunded.
  • Once a team has been accepted into the tournament, the entry fees are non-refundable and are forfeited should a team withdraw.
