COVID-19 UPDATE (3/24/20)

The decision has been made to cancel the Louisville Cup Boys and Girls Weekends for 2020. The rapidly evolving national and world crisis associated with COVID-19 and the coronavirus has left us with no other option. Our priority remains the health and safety of all players, coaches, families, game officials and staff that participate in this event. 

We have notified our hotel provider, SiteSearch, and they will be contacting all hotels to inform them of the cancellation. There is no need for you to contact the hotels or SiteSearch directly, as SiteSearch's office will be taking care of cancelling all reservations booked in the tournament block. Each individual reservation will receive an email cancellation notice from SiteSearch within the next week. Coaches and Team Managers: Please share this important information with your team's parents.

Kentucky Fire Juniors recognizes and shares in the disappointment associated with the youth soccer community not being able to participate in this event as previously scheduled. We are extremely grateful that you chose to participate in the 2020 Louisville Cup and will be refunding every team 100% of paid entry fees. For those teams that we have already cashed your check we will cut a refund check. If we have received a check and not cashed it, we will return voided check.

In order to help us process your refund please send email with "Louisville Cup (Boys or Girls) Refund" in subject line to Tessa Dunteman (
tdunteman@mockingbirdsoccer.net) and include the following: Club Name, Team Name and Age Group (include all teams if original payment written for multiple teams), Who check should be written to, Mailing address for check to be sent / returned.  All refunds will be process in the 7-14 days.
