Training Schedules

2019 January & February Training Schedule

Training will take place starting the week of January 7th and end on March 10th. Please keep in mind that weather may derail some of our plans, so be sure to check with your coach and/or team managers about any schedule changes that may occur. 

The Baptist Health Sports Performance Center is under new management and is now operating under a new name: Personal Fitness & Rehabilitation. It is still the same facility and we will still be using it for some of our indoor soccer training needs as well as fitness/speed & agility training.

2018 Late Fall Training Schedules

If you're looking for an additional training time during the last fall, then our 20/20/20 training program may be right for you. This training opportunity will be facilitated by our Technical Director, Mike Dickey and will offer players 20 minutes of dribbling work, 20 minutes of finishing exercises, and 20 minutes of small-sided games.
